We use pCloud Transfer to securely send your files. Below is a simple, step-by-step guide to help you download, locate, and open your images.
⚠️ Important: Your Link Expires in 7 Days
Please download your files as soon as possible. For security and storage reasons, your download link will expire 7 days after the email was sent.
Step 1: Click the Download Link
- Open the email we sent you and click on the pCloud Transfer link.
- This will open a secure page in your web browser showing your file(s).
- Click the large, prominent "Download" button on the screen.
Step 2: Locate Your Downloaded File
Once the download finishes, your computer or device will save the file automatically. Here is where to find it:
- Windows PCs: Open your file explorer and click on the Downloads folder on the left-hand menu.
- Apple Macs: Open Finder and select the Downloads folder, or click the download icon in your Safari/Chrome toolbar.
- Tablets & Smartphones: Open your device's "Files" or "Downloads" app.
Tip: If you have a large collection of memories, your images will be bundled together into a single file ending in .zip (e.g., your_surname.zip).
Step 3: Unzip / Extract Your Images (If applicable)
If your download is a .zip file, you need to "unzip" it to view the individual photos. It only takes a couple of clicks:
- On a Windows PC:
- Right-click on the downloaded .zip file.
- Select Extract All... from the menu.
- Choose where you want to save the folder and click Extract.
- On an Apple Mac:
- Simply double-click the .zip file.
- A new, regular folder containing all your photos will automatically appear next to it.
- On Mobile Devices (iPhone/iPad/Android):
- Tap the .zip file inside your Files app.
- It will automatically create a standard folder containing your images.
